JUSTICE S.TALAPATRA The instant application is filed for condoning the delay of 317 days in preferring the appeal against the judgment of conviction and sentence dated 11.06.2014 passed by learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Dharmanagar, North Tripura in Case No. Sessions Trial 61 (NT/D) of 2012. We have heard the learned counsel for the parties and also gone through the contentions made in the petition. According to us, the delay has been properly explained and the same is satisfactory.

Accordingly, the delay of 317 days is hereby condoned. Crl. M. Application is disposed of.
