This is an application for withdrawing the amount that has been deposited to satisfy the judgment and order dated 18.12.2013 delivered in LA APP No.119 of 2013.

Mr. S.S. Debnath, learned counsel has pointed out that the applicant No.1 is the attorney of the other applicants. He has filed this application for withdrawal of the said deposited amount. There is no impediment in granting relief and hence the Registry is directed to transfer their share to the accounts of the applicant and other land-losers, which shall be furnished by the applicant No.1. The Registry shall also examine the power of attorney and if it is found in order for all purpose, the applicant No.1 will be allowed to represent the other land-losers. In view of the above, this application stands allowed and disposed of.
