JUSTICE S.TALAPATRA The instant application is filed for condoning the delay of 93 days in preferring the appeal against the judgment dated 18.03.2015 passed by learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Sonamura, West Tripura in Case No. ST 40 (WT/S) of 2012. We have heard the learned counsel for the parties and also gone through the contentions made in the petition. According to us, the delay has been properly explained and the same is satisfactory.

Accordingly, the delay of 93 days is hereby condoned. Crl. M. Application is disposed of.
