In the judgment dated 20th March, 2015, I have already ordered that out of the share of the widow Rs.1,50,000/- shall be paid to her and the balance shall be kept in a fixed deposit for five years at the first instance and thereafter the amount shall be released in her favour. As far as the minor is concerned, the share of the minor has to be kept in a fixed deposit till he/she attains majority.

The application is, accordingly, disposed of with direction to release the amount in terms of the judgment already passed.
