The learned Tribunal has awarded a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- in favour of the claimants. However, the learned Tribunal has granted the entire money to all the petitioners, who are the siblings of the deceased.

The matter is still pending and it is directed that out of the amount so deposited a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand) each shall be released in favour of each of the claimants by remitting it to their individual Bank accounts details whereof along with photocopy of the first page of the passbook be submitted in the Registry of this Court within 2 (two) weeks from today.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
