The instant application is filed for staying the operation of the judgment and award dated 17.03.2012 passed by the Ld. Land Acquisition Judge (Ld. District Judge), North Tripura, Kailashahar in Civil. Misc. (LA) 41 of 2009.

As the appeal has already been admitted, the impugned judgment and order shall remain stayed, subject to deposit of 50% of the enhanced awarded amount with the Registry of this Court within 2 months from today.
