For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the applicant may appear before the Medical Disability Board in the month of August-2015 along with a copy of this order.

The Disability Board shall assess the permanent disability of the applicant-claimant, Babul Miah and shall also in layman's language inform this Court what physical function the claimant can perform and what he cannot. The Disability Board is directed to ensure that the disability certificate is issued strictly in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment.

The Disability Board shall also inform what tests were conducted and how it has assessed the mobility component, stability component, additional weightage of the various limbs in coming to the assessment of the disability. List the matter on 2nd September, 2015.

The Disability Board shall handover the disability certificate to the claimant. C.M. application is disposed of.
