Learned counsel of the respondent-opposite parties do not oppose the prayer for amendment and, hence, the prayer for amendment of the writ petition is allowed. Amend the writ petition accordingly.

The petitioner is directed to submit an amended writ petition incorporating the amendments supplying copy to the other side within seven days. The respondents may file their counter affidavit within three weeks thereafter. CM Application accordingly stands disposed of. List the connected writ petition on the date already fixed.
