None appears for the respondent No.2 and moreover the respondent No.2 is not necessary party at all. Mr. Debnath, learned counsel has submitted that in order to satisfy the judgment and award dated 28.07.2015 delivered in LA. APP 56 of 2011, the respondent No.1 has deposited a total sum of Rs.1,69,351/-. Hence, the applicant has filed this application for withdrawal of the said amount. There is no dispute that on the death of Adhar Rani Rudra Paul, the applicants 2(a), 2(b), 2(c), 2 (d), 2(e), 2(f) have been substituted in her place. Registry shall disburse the amount to the applicants according to their share. The applicant No.1 shall get 50% of the total amount and the rest of the amount shall be distributed in equal share to the remaining applicants. Remittance shall be made as per procedure.

In terms of the above, this application stands allowed and disposed of.
