It is submitted that the writ petitioner, Sudip Choudhury died on 22.03.2015 leaving behind the present applicants as his legal heirs who have right to continue the litigation on the same cause of action of which the deceased petitioner filed the writ petition. The petition for substitution has been made in time. So prayer for substitution is allowed.

Registry is directed to incorporate the names of the applicants in place of deceased petitioner, Sudip Choudhury.
