THE HONBLE MR. JUSTICE S.TALAPATRA Heard Mr. D. Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Mr. T. D. Majumder, learned GA appearing for the respondents at the outset has placed the Office Order No.F.1(105)-CE/DWS/E/2008/7656-664 dated 04.09.2015 whereby the petitioner has been regularised as helper Grade-II w.e.f. 01.01.2007 instead of 01.01.2008. In view of this, this writ petition has become infructuous as the full relief has been granted to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. The respondents are directed to release the consequential benefits to the petitioner within a period of four months from today.
