From the averments made in the writ petition as well as from the reliefs prayed therein, it appears that the persons, whose names are sought to be added as the respondents, are necessary parties for adjudication of the dispute and accordingly the petitioner is permitted to add the names of the persons as respondent Nos.7 to 13. Hence, this petition stands allowed and disposed of. The petitioner shall file the consolidated writ petition by 07.07.2015 after incorporating the names of the respondent Nos.7 to 13 without fail.
