This is a petition for purpose of withdrawing the amount as deposited by the respondents.

Mr. H. Deb, learned Asstt. SG at the outset has submitted that the respondents do not have any objection if the money is disbursed to the respondent-appellant.

Having perused the averments and taken note of the concession made by Mr. Deb, learned Asstt. SG, this court is of the view that the deposit as has been made by the respondents shall be paid to the petitioner in accordance with the law.

Registry is directed to disburse the amount following the procedure.
