By means of this application, the applicant has sought release of the amount. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and out of the amount deposited by the insurance company, Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) be released to the applicant by remitting it to her Bank account details whereof along with photocopy of the first page of the passbook be submitted in the Registry of this Court within 2 (two) weeks from today. The balance amount shall be kept in a fixed deposit for a period of 2(two) years for the first instance.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
