As far as the amount falling to the share of petitioner No.1 Md. Abul Baswar is concerned, the same shall be released to him by remitting it to his personal bank account, details whereof along with photocopy of the first page of the passbook be filed in the Registry of this Court within four weeks from today. As far as the amount falling to the share of petitioner No.2 Smt. Nurjahan Begam, the mother is concerned, she being a lady the amount cannot be released because no specific grounds have been given as to why the amount should be released in her favour.

The amount falling to her share shall be kept in a fixed deposit for a period of 5(five) years and the interest accruing thereupon shall be paid on quarterly basis to the petitioner No.2 Smti. Nurjahan Begam. After five years, a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- out of her share shall be released to the petitioner No.2 each year till the entire amount is paid to her.
