By filing this petition the petitioner prayed for some minor corrections in the judgment and order dated 07.07.2015 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 561 of 2010. It appears that there are some bonafide mistakes in the judgment which need to be corrected.

Accordingly, the following order is passed:- At page 5 of the judgment, in paragraph 2, line Nos. 4, 5 and 6, the words--- "respondent No.4, the Director General of Police by office order issued on 04.11.2004(Annexure-4 to the writ petition)" --- shall be substituted with the words- " the Joint Secretary to the Govt. of Tripura by notification dated 8th September, 2004 (Annexure-3 to the writ petition)".

At page 6 of the judgment, in paragraph 5, line No. 2, the date "04.11.2005" shall be substituted with the date "01.10.2004".

This order shall be read as part of judgment and order dated 07.07.2015 in WP(C) No.561 of 2010.
