This is a petition under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condoning the delay of 138 days in preferring the revision petition against the judgment and order dated 20.02.2015 delivered in Criminal Appeal No.31/2014 by the Sessions Judge, West Tripura, Agartala, affirming the judgment of conviction dated 20.03.2014 delivered in G.R. No.03/2008 by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Court No.4, Agartala, West Tripura. For the causes as assigned in this petition and having regard to what Mr. R.C. Debnath, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor has fairly acceded that he has no opposition if the delay is condoned, the delay as stated is hereby condoned. The petitioner is permitted to present the criminal revision petition.
