This is an application for withdrawal of the awarded amount deposited by the insurance company. The claimant is a male and the accident took place in the year 2003. Therefore, I am of the view that there is no need to keep the money in a fixed deposit. It is, accordingly, ordered that the entire amount lying in deposit along with interest accrued thereupon be paid to the applicant by remitting it to his personal Bank account details of which has been submitted with the application. The CM application is disposed of.
