By filing this petition the petitioners prayed for directing service of notice on respondent No.5, Sri Dhiman Das through his employer, the Director of Health Services, Government of Tripura, Gurkhabasti, Agartala since the petitioners could not find out the present address of respondent No.5. It is submitted that respondent No.5 is working as a Pharmacist(Allo.) under the Director of Health Services, Government of Tripura. The Director of Health Services is respondent No.2 in the connected writ petition.

After hearing learned counsel of both side it is hereby ordered that notice on respondent No.5 may be served through Director of Health Services, Government of Tripura and the name and post of the respondent No.5 may be indicated in the notice so that the Director of Health Services can cause service of the notice.
