This is a petition for extension of time "to comply the direction of the Hon'ble High Court" contained in the judgment and order dated 09.04.2013 delivered in W.P.(C) No.456/2003. Having considered the administrative compulsion that the petitioner has faced in the course of compliance of the order of this court within the stipulated time, this court is of the considered opinion that as a last chance, an extension of 1(one) month from today be permitted to the petitioner. But, it is made clear that no further extension under whatever circumstances would be permitted by this court. Accordingly, this petition stands allowed and disposed of.
