Case No :CM Appl.(WP) 0000244/2015 Party Name : COURT ON OWN MOTION Vs THE STATE OF TRIPURA & ORS HONBLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE DEEPAK GUPTA THE HONBLE MR. JUSTICE S.TALAPATRA These two applications have been filed for modification and clarification of the orders passed by this Court.

The guidelines issued by this Court are no longer in force because in the meantime, the State in compliance with the directions issued by this Court has framed guidelines with regard to private practice of Government doctors and, therefore, the order passed by the Court has ceased to be effective in so far as this part of the dispute relating to private practice by Government doctors is concerned.

The learned counsel for the applicant-Interveners ( All Tripura Govt. Doctors Association and Indian Medical Association, Tripura State Branch) seek leave to withdraw these applications with liberty reserved to the applicant-Interveners to file appropriate applications/petitions, if so desired.

C. M applications are disposed of.
