By means of this application, the applicant has sought release of the amount. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the amount falling to the share of Ratanmani Reang be released to him by remitting it to his Bank account details whereof along with photocopy of the first page of the passbook be submitted in the Registry of this Court within 2 (two) weeks from today. As far as the share of minor Shri Allaram Reang is concerned that shall be kept in a fixed deposit for a period till he attains the age of 21 years. However, the interest accruing upon they deposit shall be paid on quarterly basis to the petitioner No.1 Shri Ratanmani Reang to meet the day to day expenses of the minor.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
