This is an application for withdrawal of the deposit as made by the Land Acquisition Collector, the respondent (the appellant in L.A. App. No.72 of 2011).

No restriction has been conditioned in the judgment dated 21.07.2015 in respect of withdrawal of the compensation by the referring claimants.

Having situated thus, this court is of the view that the entire amount as deposited by the Land Acquisition Collector, the appellant in L.A. App. No.72 of 2011 to satisfy the award, shall be disbursed to the applicants in equal shares following the procedure. Accordingly, this application stands allowed and disposed of. JUDGE Amrita
