JUSTICE S.TALAPATRA This is an application filed by the Tripura Urban Transport Corporation Ltd., seeking extension of time in complying with the directions of this Court. This Court vide its order dated 15.12.2014 passed in W.P(C)(PIL) No.04 of 2014 had issued a direction, on the basis of the affidavits filed by the officials that the buses should be made operational by 31st July, 2015. Now, it is prayed that only 34(thirty-four) buses out of 100(hundred) could be introduced and it will take some time to introduce the remaining 66(sixty-six) buses. Time to do the needful is extended up to 31st December, 2015. C.M. application is disposed of.
