The prayer for restoration of W.P.(C) No. 466 of 2010 is allowed subject to payment of a cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand) to the Bar Council of Tripura. If the cost is paid, the Registry is directed to restore the writ petition (W.P.(C) No. 466 of 2010) in its original form and list it for hearing.
