GA has informed this Court that in view of the order dated 10.08.2015, the impugned transfer order has already been stayed by the competent authority after due consideration of the petitioner's representation. She has further submitted that as the petitioner is on leave, his salary could not be disbursed. The petitioner may approach the drawing and disbursement officer. In view of the said statement made above, in the considered opinion of this Court, this writ petition has become infructuous. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by any action of the respondents, he shall be at liberty to approach this Court. Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Mr. S.
