Out of the amount deposited by the Insurance Company, sum of Rs.1,00,000/- be released in favour of Smt. Mangaleswari Debbarma, claimant-petitioner No.1 and Rs.50,000/- in favour of Sri Mangal Debbarma, claimant-petitioner No.2 by remitting it to their separate Bank Account details whereof along with photocopy of the first page of the passbook be submitted in the Registry of this Court within 2(two) weeks from today. The balance amount shall be kept in a fixed deposit for a period of 3(three) years at the first instance.
