JUSTICE S.C.DAS By this petition, the petitioner who is the respondent No.1 in the connected matrimonial appeal has prayed for directing the appellant-O.P. herein, to vacate the residence of the petitioner.

The appeal is filed challenging the judgment and decree of divorce. We find no justification at all to pass any interim order in this petition to direct the respondent-O.P. to vacate the residence of the petitioner.

The petitioner will be at liberty to take appropriate step according to law for the relief sought in this petition.

The petition, therefore, stands dismissed.
