Dutta, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already made necessary application to the Agartala Municipal Corporation Ltd. for correction of birth certificate and he has the instruction from the petitioner to withdraw this petition with liberty reserved to the petitioner, if the petitioner is aggrieved by any action of the Agartala Municipal Corporation Ltd., to approach this Court for redress of her grievance. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty reserved to the petitioner to approach this Court if she is aggrieved by any action of the Agartala Municipal Corporation Ltd., in respect of the application or its disposal for correction of the date of birth.
