As far as the applicant No.1 Smt. Chingirung Reang is concerned, she being the widow of the deceased, it is directed that out of the amount falling to her share a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- shall be released in her favour and out of the share of applicant No.2 Sri Bikramjoy Reang, father of the deceased, Rs.1,00,000/- shall be released in his favour. Rest of the amount shall be kept in a fixed deposit for a period of 5(five) years at the first instance. The aforesaid amounts shall be released in favour of the applicants Smt. Chingirung Reang and Sri Bikramjoy Reang by remitting it to their personal bank accounts, details whereof along with photocopies of the first page of the passbook(s) be filed in the Registry of this Court within four weeks from today. The application stands disposed of.
