It is submitted by learned counsel, Mr. Biswas that there was a Division Bench judgment passed by this Court wherein a contrary decision has been taken but that decision could not be referred at the time when this case was heard. If that is so, the review petitioners would prefer an appeal against the judgment passed by this Court before the Division Bench. However, considering the submission of learned counsel of both side I am of the opinion that the review petitioners may prefer appropriate appeal before the Division Bench challenging the judgment passed by this Court and this review application is found to be without merit and stands dismissed.
