Majumder, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 2. Mr. Lodh, learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that in para-18 of the judgment and order dated 06.03.2014 delivered in W.P.(C) No.127 of 2003 a typographical mistake has crept in, while typing the date after the words "for that period commencing from". Mr. Lodh, learned counsel has submitted that the date should be 04.12.1993. Mr. N. Majumder, learned counsel has not raised any objection and he has submitted that such submission of Mr. Lodh, learned counsel is accurate and he has no objection if such date is corrected.

Having regard to this statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents, the date appearing as "03.12.2003" shall stand deleted having been substituted by "04.12.1993". The other parts of the statement shall remain intact. This order shall form part of the said judgment dated 06.03.2014. Mr. N. Majumder, learned counsel appearing for the respondents has stated that the State shall act as expeditiously as possible on the basis of the said judgment.
