THE HONBLE MR. JUSTICE S.TALAPATRA Mr. K. Nath, learned counsel appearing on instruction of Mr. S. Bhattacharji, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that this writ petition has become infructuous as the dispute has been amicably settled between the private parties as the land has been partitioned in accordance with law and there is no more grievance relating to the possession of the land.
On the basis of this partition, already the petitioner has been given a new electricity connection vide ID No.11790 under Electrical Sub-Division No. 4, Banamalipur, Agartala. Mr. D.C Nath, learned counsel appearing for the respondents has also acceded to that submission.
