Roy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as Mr. R.C. Debnath, learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State. This is a petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., 1973 projecting some difficulties faced by the father of the delinquent juvenile for which he could not furnish the bond in terms of the order dated 10.06.2015 in Criminal Revision petition No.68 of 2011. Perused the petition.
This Court is satisfied that for the difficulties as shown might really deter the father of the delinquent juvenile in furnishing the bond as asked for. Mr. Roy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that if one month's time is provided, the father of the delinquent juvenile would be able to furnish the bond as required.
To that proposition, Mr. Debnath, learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State has not raised any objection.
Having regard to the averments as made in this petition, the father of the delinquent juvenile is permitted to furnish the bond as asked within a week from today and if the bond of probation is not furnished by the father of the delinquent juvenile within a week from today, the necessary consequence as provided in the order dated 10.06.2015 delivered in Crl. Rev. P. No.68 of 2011 shall follow. This Court will not entertain any other application for extension of time or for any other purpose in this regard. Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of. A copy of this order be sent to the Juvenile Justice Board forthwith. A copy of this order shall also be furnished to Mr. Roy, learned counsel for doing his needful in the course of the day.
