On the prayer of learned counsel of both sides, the case is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

The writ petition is filed by the petitioner praying for direction to the respondents to appoint him to the post of LDC as per the selection and recommendation held in the interview dated 10.03.2011.

By filing counter affidavit, respondent Nos. 1 and 2 have contended that the issue of appointment of the petitioner is in the process. In view of the submission made by learned counsel of both sides, I am of considered opinion that since the issue of appointment of the petitioner is in the process, the writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to complete the process within 60 (sixty) days from today.
