The accused-petitioner was granted bail for a period of 20(twenty) days from 05.8.2015 to 25.8.2015. According to the petitioner, he was released on bail only on 18.8.2015 because he had only mentioned one case in the bail application and, therefore, had to file three separate bail applications in the trial Court. It is ordered that the petitioner shall be permitted to remain on bail in regard to all the four cases, i.e. SPL case No.01 of 2015, 16 of 2015, 17 of 2015 and 18 of 2015 up to 05.9.2015 and shall surrender at the Kendriya Sanshodanagar (Central Jail), Bishalgarh on 6th September, 2015.

It is, however, made clear that no other bail application shall be entertained up to 30.9.2015 by any Court.

The bail application is disposed of.
