It is fairly submitted by the learned counsel of both side that another LA. Appeal No.12 of 2012 between one Krishnadhan Bhattacharji appellant Vs. Executive Engineer, P.W.D, Agartala Division No.IV, Gakulnagar, Bishalghar and another, respondents, has been disposed of by this Court by judgment dated 25.08.2015. The acquired land of the present appeal and the acquired land of LA. Appeal No.12 of 2012 are of same Mouja and same location and for the same purpose under the same notification. The claim of the appellant of this case and the claim of the appellant of LA. Appeal No.12 of 2012 were same and identical. The learned counsel of both side, therefore, prayed for disposal of the present appeal in the same term and award passed by this Court in LA. Appeal No. 12 of 2012.

I have perused the copy of the judgment which is submitted by the learned counsel as well as records of the present appeal. It appears that the present appeal is squarely covered by the judgment delivered by this Court on 25.08.2015 in LA. Appeal No. 12 of 2012. Hence, the present appeal stands disposed of in the same terms of the award made in LA. Appeal No.12 of 2012.

The judgment passed in LA. Appeal 12 of 2012 shall form a part of the judgment and award of this appeal.

A copy of the judgment passed in LA. Appeal No.12 of 2012 is accordingly kept on record. Appeal accordingly stands disposed of.
