In any event, the wife has been directed to file an affidavit showing who is the latest employer and the petitioner, husband can lead evidence before the Magistrate to show who is the employer and move appropriate application before the Magistrate concerned. It is expected that the wife will file a truthful and correct affidavit and in case her affidavit is to be contested then the husband is free to do so. Application is rejected.
