This is an application for impleadment of the Prasar Bharati as the respondent No.6. Mr. A. Roy Barman, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has fairly submitted that the respondent does not have any opposition if the Prasar Bharati is impleaded as the respondent No.6.

Having regard to the context and for purpose of effective adjudication of this petition, this Court is satisfied that the petitioner has made out a ground for allowing such impleadment. Accordingly, this petition stands allowed.

Registry is directed to implead by way of incorporating the Prasar Bharati, Indias Public Service Broadcaster, PTI Building, 2nd Floor, Samsad Marg, New Delhi-110001 as the respondent No.6 with the details as available in the schedule appended to this petition. Misc. case stands disposed of.
