This is an application for early hearing.

The learned Single Judge on 04.9.2015 has passed the following order:- "At the request of Mr. B. Majumder, learned CGC, list the matter again on 20.11.2015. Within that time the respondents shall file their affidavit-in-opposition. As the dispute involved in this writ petition is of a very simple nature, there will be an endeavour to hear the matter finally on the next day." The learned Single Judge is alive to the urgency of the situation and has already ordered that an endeavour shall be made to hear the matter finally on 20.11.2015. Therefore, I find no other order is required and the application for early hearing is accordingly rejected.
