No.48 of 2014 where-under the judgment and award dated 14.09.2012, passed by the learned L.A. Judge, West Tripura, Agartala in LA Appl No. 04/07 has been challenged.

The respondent-O.Ps in spite of service of notice did not turn up. So, the petition is heard ex parte.

I am satisfied with the reasons assigned for the delay in filing the connected appeal and hence delay of 598 days stands condoned.
