It is submitted by learned CGC, Mr. Majumder that in other similar cases, arising out of same notification and same Mouja, the prayer for condoning of delay was allowed subject to cost of Rs. 2000/- to the Lawyers' Welfare Fund of the Bar Counsel of Tripura. Learned counsel, therefore, prays for passing similar order. Perused the petition and the written objection filed on behalf of respondent O.P No.1. Considering that in similar other appeals the delay has been condoned, and also considering the reasons assigned for delay, the prayer for condonation of delay is allowed subject to payment of cost of Rs. 2000/- to the Lawyers' Welfare Fund of the Bar Counsel of Tripura.
