JUSTICE S.TALAPATRA The petitioner has filed this petition for amending the writ petition incorporating some material facts which were not incorporated in the writ petition for non-availability of the relevant document at that point of time.

Mr. K.N. Bhattacharji, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. R.C. Deb, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that if the petitioner is permitted to amend the writ petition in terms of the schedule appended to this petition, no prejudice would be caused to the respondents as those averments are based on the Annexures-P/10 and P/11 respectively to this petition.

Having regard to the nature of the amendment, this Court is satisfied that the amendments if carried out would serve the purpose of substantial ends of justice and accordingly, this petition for amendment stands allowed and disposed of. The petitioner is directed to file a consolidated amended writ petition within 15 days from today.
