This is an application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure for allowing the applicant to withdraw Rs.3,34,693/- alongwith accrued interest deposited by the Insurance Company in the Registry of this Court.

Accordingly, Registry is directed to release the awarded amount of Rs. Rs.3,34,693/- alongwith accrued interest in favour of the applicant(s) as decided by the Tribunal while passing the award forthwith by remitting the same to his personal bank account(s), details whereof alongwith photocopy of the first page of the passbook be filed in the Registry of this Court.

Accordingly, the interlocutory application is allowed and disposed of.
