JUDGMENT & ORDER (ORAL) After the matter was heard for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner sought leave to withdraw the petition as also the original application for seeking permission to file additional written statement and prays that he may be permitted to file an application for amendment of the written statement.

[2] It is not for this Court to give permission to file an application for amendment. If the petitioner has a right to file such an application he can

do so and the said application shall be decided strictly in accordance with law.

[3] Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No costs. Send down the LCRs forthwith.
