This is a petition seeking permission to withdraw the amount kept in fixed deposit pursuant to judgment and order dated 27.04.2015 passed by this Court in MAC Appeal No.25/2002.

Para 24 of the judgment reads as follows:- "24. Except that of Rs.10,000/-, which is personal compensation of claimantpetitioner No.1, the rest shall be payable equally to the claimant-petitioner Nos. 1, 3, 4 and 5 and 50% of the amount shall be kept in fixed deposit for a period of five years and should not be allowed to withdraw save and except the permission of the Tribunal for valid reason.".

It is clearly stipulated in the order of this Court, quoted above, that the amount kept in fixed deposit should be for a period of 5 years and should not be allowed to withdraw save and except the permission of the Tribunal for valid reason. So, the petitioners may approach the Tribunal for withdrawing the amount kept in fixed deposit. The Interlocutory application accordingly stands disposed of.
