This is an application for release of the amount. The insurance company has deposited a sum of Rs.3,11,475/-. The claimant is a lady. Therefore, it is not advisable to release the entire amount in her favour. It is, therefore, directed that out of the amount so deposited a sum of Rs.61,475/- be released in favour of the applicant by remitting it to her personal Bank account details whereof along with photocopy of the first page of the passbook be submitted in the Registry of this Court within 2(two) weeks from today. The rest amount Rs.2,50,000/- shall be kept in a fixed deposit for a period of 3(three) years and the interest accruing thereupon shall be paid to the applicant on quarterly basis by remitting it to her Bank account. Thereafter a sum of Rs.50,000/- shall be released in each year in favour of the claimant till the entire amount is paid to her.
