As both the applicants and the respondents filed their respective appeal against the judgment and award dated 26.08.2003 passed by the learned LA Judge,(Court No.4), Agartala, West Tripura in Misc(LA) 101 of 2010 and both the appeals being LA App. 102 of 2013 and LA App. 37 of 2014 were admitted by this court earlier and the OP appellants have filed the execution case, thus it would be proper to stay the impugned judgment and award dated 26.08.2013 passed in Misc(LA) 101 of 2010 subject to deposit of 50% of the enhanced amount within a period of 3(three) months from today. It is made clear that if the 50% of the enhanced amount is not deposited within the stipulated period, then the stay order granted by this court will be automatically vacated.
