Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This is an application filed by the claimant-applicant for releasing the amount deposited by the respondents-State in the Registry.

Not opposed.

Considering the fact that judgment & order dated 11.08.2015, passed in L.A. APP. No.03 of 2012 titled as The State of Tripura and others vs. Sri Biman Behari Majumder, has already attained finality, as can be inferred from the averments made in the application, the same is allowed. As such, the amount deposited in the Registry of this Court be released in favour of the claimant-applicant, namely Sri Biman Behari Majumder to which he is entitled to. The amount shall be directly remitted into the Bank account of the applicant along with the interest accrued, if any. Needful be done positively within a period of 2 (two) weeks. Application stands disposed of.
