Though the claimant is a lady, the accident occurred more than 10(ten) years back and, therefore, I feel that no purpose will be served in detaining the amount. It is accordingly ordered that the entire amount lying in deposit along with interest accrued thereupon be paid to the applicant-claimant by remitting it to her bank account details whereof along with photocopy of the first page of the passbook be submitted in the Registry of this Court within 2(two) weeks from today.

Application is disposed of.
